Job Summary:

An Operation/Verification Associate will play a vital role in the world of Background Verifications. This role in Operations focus on Data inputting, reviewing, validating, auditing and ensuring the accuracy of information within the system including database management, reporting and compliance. This role also engages with cross functional collaboration with different departments including external POC with a goal to serve clients with Integrity & Compliance.

What you'll be doing:

  • Experience in Background Verification (BGV) industry is an advantage
  • Complete knowledge about the verification process with different modes of verification like Education, Employment, Professional, and other components.
  • Understand the scope of work/matrix of all the clients assigned.
  • Ability to communicate diplomatically and acquire required information with integrity and professionalism
  • With technical skills and adaptability in Database and has a keen eye on Data entry input. Experience in Vibe is an advantage
  • Initiate the cases within 24 hours and raise insufficiencies within 24 hours for the pending process document
  • Prioritization of TAT/BT/Important cases and ensure the target is achieved within the deadline
  • Knows about MIS tracker process, with cross-auditing skills and Deliver error-free reports (QA/QC).
  • Willing to conduct site visits to functional entities/School Universities

Qualifications & experience

  • With minimum 1 year experience in Data verification process or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Experience in conducting verification checks or process
  • Proficient in using databases or online research tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to verification processes
  • Experience in BGV is a plus
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
