The Accounting Lead shall manage an accounting team and oversees daily operation to ensure financial accuracy and compliance and shall be responsible in maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledgers, prepare and analyze budgets, as well as, perform general bookkeeping.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system and from departments. This will include recording or collating data from cash vouchers, accounts payables, account receivables, sales and expenses.
  • Maintain and balance the automated consolidation system by inputting and verifying data, as well as scheduling required jobs.
  • Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining records and files and reconciling accounts.
  • Prepare payments by accruing expenses, assigning account numbers, requesting disbursements and reconciling accounts.
  • Answer accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.
  • Provide accounting support for mergers and acquisitions by reviewing financial information, converting data to general ledger system and obtaining supplementary information for preparing financial statements
  • Protects organization's value by keeping all information accessed as strictly confidential.
  • Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by through completion of related results.
  • Prepare payment for taxes on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Comply in all BIR Benchmarking and LOA.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
