Job Description:

We are seeking a Brand Marketing Strategist to join our team in the food industry. The role is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that highlight our products and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies tailored to the food industry, ensuring strong market positioning and brand identity.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand activations.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities within the Philippine food market.
  • Manage digital marketing and social media campaigns to engage customers and build brand loyalty.
  • Build partnerships with influencers, food bloggers, and media outlets to increase brand visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years' experience in brand marketing or strategy, preferably in the food, restaurant, etc.
  • Experience in managing campaigns for food brands, restaurants, or consumer goods is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, content creation, and analytics tools.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and analytical abilities.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to translate insights into impactful campaigns.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment and attend food events, trade shows, or on-ground activations as needed.

Location: One Corporate Central, Boni Ave cor. San Roque St. Brgy. Barangka Ilaya, Mandaluyong City.

Schedule: Full-time; may include occasional weekends or holidays during product launches/events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
