The Income Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of daily revenue reporting for the condormitel property. This includes auditing daily revenue streams from room bookings, long-stay rentals, shared amenities, and other income sources, while ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

  • Audit and verify all revenue transactions from Front Office, Reservations, and other income
  • Reconcile daily revenue reports with system data (PMS)
  • Review and verify long-stay billing, lease agreements, and dormitory occupancy records.
  • Prepare daily income reports and revenue summaries for management review.
  • Ensure proper posting of income to appropriate general ledger accounts.
  • Investigate discrepancies and communicate findings to relevant departments.
  • Audit cash and credit transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor and reconcile bank deposits against recorded income.
  • Support month-end closing processes, including revenue accruals and reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, financial procedures, and relevant accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with front office, and sales team to ensure data consistency.
  • Recommend improvements to systems and processes to enhance revenue integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php21,000.00 per month
