Job Responsibilities
- Managing Reporting
: Generate and distribute weekly and post-campaign reports, case studies, and data requests for clients and internal teams.
- Billing and Financial Accuracy:
Verify the accuracy of orders and invoices, and contact clients to collect necessary billing and accreditation documents.
- Sales Tracking:
Maintain accurate sales records and track revenue and gross profit movements.
- Campaign Support:
Assist in launching campaigns and track deliverables (budgets, formats, creatives, etc.) from a data standpoint.
- Market Research:
Monitor media and ad trends on platforms like YouTube and TikTok to keep the sales team informed.
- Administrative Assistance:
Provide essential administrative support to the sales department as requested.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and sales tracking skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Detail-oriented with knowledge of billing processes.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media trends.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
