We are looking for a Project Planner (Electrical Engineer) to join our team. The Project Planner will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules to ensure timely and efficient project execution. This role involves close coordination with the project management and engineering teams, applying technical knowledge in electrical and construction disciplines, and using project planning tools such as Primavera P6 to support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6 and other project planning software.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to gather schedule data and progress updates.
  • Monitor project milestones, critical paths, and overall progress against baseline schedules.
  • Identify potential delays and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management and clients.
  • Assist in resource planning and allocation to ensure project efficiency.
  • Support the preparation of project documentation, including work breakdown structures (WBS), timelines, and reports.
  • Ensure that planning and scheduling activities align with company standards and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with construction and engineering teams to integrate technical and site-based inputs into schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Electrical Engineer (required).
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in project planning or scheduling, preferably in the construction or electrical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • Solid understanding of construction processes, project execution, and engineering workflows.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

  • Experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD or other project documentation tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
