JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Work on every plumbing and piping design need of every project.

  2. Calculate plumbing and other piping design volume, pressure, flow rate, etc. and produce necessary drawings and diagrams as per project requirement.

  3. Plan and utilize the pool of plumbing and piping workers on based work schedules and implementation and visit jobsite to oversee the works. Produce weekly schedule on plumbing other piping works in coordination with project management.

  4. Advice the Purchasing Department on the kind of plumbing, piping and sanitary materials needed on every projects.

  5. Attend project meetings and subcon meetings whenever needed.

  6. Provide help on project management of plumbing and other piping punchlisting and inspection needs of the project especially during turnover.

  7. Performs other job-related duties and functions as may assign by the company management.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Licensed Sanitary Engineer
  • At least one (1) year of experience in sanitary and fire protection design and calculation and had jobsite exposure.
  • Preferably with construction jobsite experience.
  • Possess leadership quality, good communicator, problem-solver, able planner, proficient in AutoCAD, knowledge of any plumbing design software and efficient using Microsoft Office

WORKING SCHEDULE:

Monday to Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
