Key Responsibilities Analyze and generate weekly, monthly and long‑range forecasts based on baseline trending, marketing & sales initiatives, market trends and external risks/opportunities. Generate per‑depot per‑SKU forecasts based on historical splits and growth projections. Create sales analytics reports using technology (FEU, PowerBI) and present findings to stakeholders for decision‑making. Lead Demand Review Meetings to align 4–18 months demand with CD, Brand and Planning, presenting clear assumptions on baseline, NPI, promotions, cabinet deployment, etc. Lead Weekly Forecast Meetings to align with stakeholders on short‑term latest‑view forecasts and identify risks and opportunities. Maintain forecast accuracy >69% and bias of ±3%; ensure volume/value disconnect of 2.0% FY. Collaborate with FG, Materials and CD teams to forecast depletion of phased‑out SKUs up to depot level, maintaining high case fill and zero business waste risk. Work with Outbound Logistics to improve and develop new distribution networks, delivering best‑in‑class CCFOT and lowest cost to deliver. Ensure integrity of the SAP, FEU and Kinaxis master data files through timely data maintenance of finished goods item codes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Management Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics. At least 2 years of experience in demand planning. Familiarity with SAP functionalities and proficiency in PowerBI. Strong understanding of demand planning tools and KPIs. Leadership skills to drive cross‑functional collaboration. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Excellent data analytics abilities and comfort handling large amounts of numeric data. Service‑oriented attitude and adaptability to change.
