Edisons Group of Companies Inc. is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to join our team in El Salvador City Misamis Oriental. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across our manufacturing processes and products. Your expertise will play a crucial part in maintaining our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing quality control procedures and protocols to monitor and improve manufacturing processes
  2. Conducting regular inspections, audits and testing to identify and address quality issues
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyse data, identify trends and implement corrective actions
  4. Maintaining detailed records and documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
  5. Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality assurance best practices
  6. Continuously exploring opportunities to enhance quality systems and drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or control role within a manufacturing environment
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders
  5. Proficient in using quality assurance software and data analysis tools
  6. Thorough understanding of quality management systems and industry standards
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
