Overview

The Quality Assurance (QA) Officer is responsible for monitoring and evaluating processes, systems, and outputs to ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements. This role ensures that products and services meet quality expectations and supports continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and tests to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Identify quality issues, recommend corrective actions, and track resolutions.
  • Prepare and analyze quality reports for management review.
  • Train and guide staff on quality protocols and best practices.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure consistent quality control.
  • Support continuous improvement and risk management initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in quality assurance, quality control, or auditing is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of QA tools is an advantage.
