Position Summary: The AI/ML Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI and machine learning models that drive business value. This role requires a strong background in software engineering, a deep understanding of machine learning principles, and a passion for turning data into intelligent solutions. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on developer who can work with large datasets, optimize models for performance, and integrate AI solutions into production systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model Development and Deployment: Design, train, and validate machine learning models and algorithms. Deploy these models into production environments and manage their lifecycle.
  • AI/ML Integration: Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., Data Engineers, DevOps) to integrate AI capabilities into existing applications and workflows.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns, evaluate model performance, and derive insights that improve AI solutions.
  • Research & Innovation: Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and generative AI. Research new techniques and tools to enhance the company's AI capabilities.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize model performance for efficiency, scalability, and speed, ensuring solutions meet business requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying AI and ML models in a professional setting.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI services.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
