Power 4 All, Inc. is seeking a forward-thinking Product Manager – AI-Driven Solutions to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of AI-powered digital solutions that support and optimize our energy technology offerings, including renewable energy, smart grids, and energy storage systems.

From opportunity assessment and conceptualization to launch and continuous improvement, you will drive product innovation, ensuring alignment with market demands, regulatory frameworks, and cutting-edge advancements in artificial intelligence. This role is instrumental in accelerating our digital transformation strategy and enabling intelligent energy systems that deliver greater efficiency, resilience, and sustainability.

You will work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, business development, and operations teams to develop smart, scalable, and customer-centric solutions that contribute to Power 4 All's mission of a cleaner, smarter energy future.

Your role has a wide range of responsibilities:

• Define the long-term vision and roadmap for AI-enabled products.
• Align product strategies with company-wide objectives, ensuring AI solutions contribute to overall business growth.
• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and renewable energy initiatives.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from idea generation and market research to technical planning, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Apply foundational knowledge of coding, AI/ML, and automation to collaborate with technical teams and evaluate product feasibility and design.
• Use data-driven insights and performance metrics to inform product decisions, track user engagement, and ensure product-market fit.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet user needs and exceed expectations.
• Conduct interviews, usability testing, and iterative prototyping to validate product features, value propositions, and user workflows.
• Translate AI concepts and technologies into user-centric features, technical specifications, and performance benchmarks.
• Ensure products adhere to data governance standards and ethical AI practices, including transparency, fairness, and compliance with data protection laws.
• Develop solutions that seamlessly integrate with existing platforms, energy infrastructure, and operational workflows.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for new AI-driven solutions
• Monitor product performance, analyze data, and implement iterative improvements to enhance the user experience.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates and secure buy-in for product initiatives
• Identify and mitigate potential product and data risks through structured testing, validation, and continuous monitoring.
• Stay ahead of AI and energy sector trends to identify growth opportunities, recommend product enhancements, and maintain a competitive edge.
• Empower internal teams with tools, knowledge, and training to effectively market, sell, and support AI-enabled products and platforms.

Who we need for the high-performance team:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI, machine learning, or data-driven technologies.
• Experience in energy, cleantech, SaaS, or industrial AI applications is highly desirable.
• Strong technical acumen in AI/ML concepts, data architecture, and cloud-based platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
