About the role

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping professional to join our team at Vill-Care Management & Maintenance Services Inc.'. This full-time role is based in Metro Manila and will play a crucial part in ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our facilities.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in all assigned areas
  • Completing daily housekeeping tasks such as bed making, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking supplies
  • Identifying and reporting any maintenance or repair issues
  • Assisting with deep cleaning and special projects as needed
  • Providing excellent customer service to residents and visitors
  • Adhering to all health, safety, and company policies

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, ideally within the hospitality industry
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
