Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee and optimize our manufacturing processes. The Production Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the production cycle to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Creates business and operational strategies as aligned with the company's vision and business directives through analyzing its economic business impacts, and, how it affects to each operational unit so to achieve overall goal of the organization.
  • Managing production and cross functional teams lead times in consideration of capacity, capability and optimal use of resources, that also includes assessment of production workloads, prioritization and allocating resources as required.
  • Consolidates information on team interrelationships, technical capability and workload capacity of Production and Production Support teams to ensure efficiency and harmony in achieving key performance metrics.
  • Optimization to production business processes thru careful mapping, planning and coordination that would help achieve the production's automation initiatives.
Job Qualifications: 
  • Exhibits resiliency to overcome ambiguities and customer pressure, and, displays a human centric approach and focus, to objectively resolve extreme demands from stakeholders and customers
  • With 10 or more years' experience as Operations Manager
  • Preferably, with extensive experience in Semiconductor industry
  • Thorough understanding in manufacturing methods and Supply Chain Management
  • Lean-Six Sigma, DOE, PFMEA, PSP (Problem Solving Process), Process Mapping, Flow Process Charting, SPC, and 7-QC Tools.
