Branch Operations Head

As the Branch Operations Head for the Danao Branch of City Savings Bank, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the branch. This full-time position is located in Taytay, Rizal and will involve managing a team of banking professionals to deliver superior customer service and ensure smooth branch operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all branch operations, including customer service, teller activities, and back-office functions
• Lead and develop a team of branch personnel, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
• Ensure adherence to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance branch efficiency and customer experience
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and resolve any issues
• Analyze branch performance metrics and develop strategies to meet and exceed targets
• Represent the branch in local community engagement and customer outreach activities

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a retail banking or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of banking operations, including deposit and lending activities, customer service, and compliance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on continuous improvement
• Familiarity with banking regulations and a commitment to maintaining compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
