We are looking for IMPEX Staff who will be responsible for managing import and export processes efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulations, and facilitating smooth operations within our IMPEX Department.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate import and export activities, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipping arrangements
  • Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to expedite shipments
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock movements to optimize supply chain efficiency
  • Resolve any issues or delays in the import/export process promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, tariffs, and duties
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall performance
Job Requirements:
  • With a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • With experience in import/export operations, preferably in a similar role
  • With strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel
  • With high attention to details and strong analytical skills
