Job Description:

Equicom Solutions Inc' is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for driving the company's digital marketing strategy and overseeing the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this position is based in our Makati City, Metro Manila office.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and consumer insights.
  • Lead the planning and execution of campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, website, and other digital channels.
  • Manage and optimize SEO strategies to increase website traffic, visibility, and rankings.
  • Oversee social media management—ensuring consistent brand voice, engaging content, community growth, and measurable ROI.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns, leveraging analytics and consumer insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce high-performing, consumer-centric content.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, adopting innovative approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists to ensure effective execution and professional growth.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and others) to ensure integrated marketing campaigns and consistent messaging.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and achieving measurable results
  • Proficient in the use of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media management tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong project management and team leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php80, Php90,000.00 per month
