Position Overview

The Marketing Assistant will support and execute Healthy Basket's marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on performance marketing, data-driven decision-making, and e-commerce growth. This role requires experience in digital advertising (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and e-commerce ads), campaign optimization, and analytics. The ideal candidate has a background in the wellness industry, understands consumer behavior in health/food categories, and can turn insights into impactful marketing actions.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing & Digital Ads

  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and e-commerce platforms (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Ads, TikTok Shop Ads)
  • Monitor ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and other key performance indicators
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and formats
  • Analyze ad performance data and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams or agencies for creatives and audience targeting

Marketing Campaigns & Projects

  • Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns, seasonal promos, product launches, and collaborations
  • Use insights to shape campaign messaging, targeting, and timing
  • Ensure schedules, deliverables, and budgets are followed
  • Coordinate with influencers, partners, and brand collaborators

Data, Insights & Market Analysis

  • Collect and interpret data from ads, e-commerce reports, Google Analytics, and social media insights
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and campaign-specific reports
  • Monitor wellness industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior
  • Provide data-backed recommendations to improve brand visibility and conversions

Content & Brand Support

  • Assist in developing content strategies and briefs for social media, email, and ad creatives
  • Ensure branding is consistent across campaigns, ads, and platforms
  • Coordinate with designers and content creators for marketing assets

E-Commerce Support

  • Assist in improving product listing visibility and conversions
  • Coordinate with e-commerce teams on promotions and visibility campaigns
  • Suggest strategies based on platform data and advertising performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (FB/IG), TikTok Ads, and platform ads for Shopee/Lazada
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable with metrics, dashboards, spreadsheets, and reports
  • Experience in the wellness, healthy food, or FMCG industry is a strong advantage
  • Creative yet data-driven mindset; able to balance strategy and execution
  • Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills
  • Familiar with social media content trends relevant to wellness and lifestyle

Work Setup

  • Location: Pasig City
  • Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm, hybrid set-up
  • Reports to: Owner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
