The Customer Care Coordinator is a key front-line role responsible for ensuring our patients and partners receive exceptional care and support. You will serve as their primary point of contact, helping patients manage their medical needs while also handling service requests and operational tasks that are crucial to our business. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted guide for patients, helping them navigate their healthcare programs, understand their benefits, processing their medicine requests, and coordinating endorsements to our corporate clinics.
  • Manage and resolve inquiries from patients and stakeholders across multiple channels (call, SMS, email).
  • Handle initial service quotations (RFQs) for prospective clients.
  • Work closely with Account Management, Supply Chain, and IT teams to resolve complex patient and partner issues, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and track key operational metrics to support data-driven improvements in our medicine delivery and services.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Google Workspace (e.g., Sheets, Docs) and relevant computer applications.
  • Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Open to fresh graduates and experienced professionals.
  • Open to shifting schedules and night shift schedule.
  • Must work onsite in Makati.
