CORE FUNCTIONS- Market Leadership: Spearhead sales strategies for the Visayas & Mindanao territories, ensuring strong brand presence in tiles, fit-out, and furniture segments.
- Business Development: Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities with architects, designers, contractors, developers, and corporate clients.
- Account Management: Nurture and expand existing client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Sales Strategy & Forecasting: Develop data-driven sales plans, targets, and forecasts to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and technical teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Preferably a graduate of Engineering (Civil, Architecture, or related field) — but not required for highly experienced candidates.
- Minimum of 5 years intensive sales experience in tiles, fit-out, interior, or office furniture industries.
- Strong client network in construction, architecture, and corporate sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willing to travel extensively across Visayas & Mindanao.
- Strong Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of tiles, fit-out solutions, and office/interior furniture market trends.
- Negotiation & Closing Skills: Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage complex sales cycles.
- Networking Excellence: Ability to connect with decision-makers in construction, architecture, design, and corporate sectors.
- Strategic Mindset: Capable of planning long-term growth strategies while achieving short-term wins.
- Leadership & Motivation: Ability to inspire and mentor junior sales teams or account executives.
