CORE FUNCTIONS
  • Market Leadership: Spearhead sales strategies for the Visayas & Mindanao territories, ensuring strong brand presence in tiles, fit-out, and furniture segments.
  • Business Development: Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities with architects, designers, contractors, developers, and corporate clients.
  • Account Management: Nurture and expand existing client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy & Forecasting: Develop data-driven sales plans, targets, and forecasts to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and technical teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Preferably a graduate of Engineering (Civil, Architecture, or related field) — but not required for highly experienced candidates.
  • Minimum of 5 years intensive sales experience in tiles, fit-out, interior, or office furniture industries.
  • Strong client network in construction, architecture, and corporate sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willing to travel extensively across Visayas & Mindanao.
