What You'll Be Doing

As the Estimating & Drafting Specialist, you'll be at the heart of turning ideas into reality. Your expertise in CAD and sharp attention to detail will help ensure every plan, specification, and costing is accurate, empowering the team to deliver outstanding results and memorable experiences for every client.

Key responsibilities include:

● Review incoming project requests and ensure accurate processing

● Cross-check plans, specifications, and drawings using CAD software

● Conduct quantity checks and validate pricing against purchase orders

● Resolve discrepancies by coordinating directly with clients

● Maintain accurate records by entering project and purchase order details into the system

● Keep the project register updated with upcoming work

● Proactively communicate any issues to your manager

● Support the sales team by preparing quotes when needed

What You'll Bring

● Experience with ERP or drafting software (e.g., CAD, Pipedrive, AutoCAD, or similar)

● Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and other productivity applications

● Strong attention to detail and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
