Engineering Risk Management (ERM) is hiring three Civil Drafters to join our growing team. You'll contribute to

practical, well-considered designs for public infrastructure projects across NSW, from early concepts through to IFC.

Whether you're looking to take the next step or refine your skills further, this is your chance to work on real projects

With recent wins from TfNSW and local councils, we're expanding and looking for drafters who care about quality,

What You'll Do

You'll be the kind of person who:

  • Prepare high-quality civil drawings including plans, long sections, cross sections, and construction details using AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D
  • Draft road geometry, kerb and gutter, culverts, pits, utility alignments, and stormwater layouts in accordance with TfNSW and local council standards
  • Collaborate with engineers and design managers to interpret design intent and produce coordinated constructable documentation
  • Apply and maintain CAD standards across all deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Assist with drawing registers, QA reviews, and document control
  • Support integration of survey data, utility inputs, and geotechnical models into drawings
  • Participate in the internal improvement of drafting processes
