Customer Service Representative (CSR) – International Voice (Healthcare Account)
Work Location: Mall of Asia, Pasay City (Onsite)
Industry: Healthcare | BPO | Voice Account
Start Date: ASAP & September 29 Class
Openings: 60 FTEs
Compensation & Benefits:
- Basic Pay
- Standard Allowance
- Complexity Allowance
- ₱20,000 Signing Bonus (exclusive for September BPO Grad joiners)
Qualifications:
- Must be a College Graduate (any course)
- At least 1 year BPO international voice account experience (Healthcare preferred)
- Must be willing to work onsite in MOA, Pasay
- Must present COE (Certificate of Employment) covering at least 1 year of international account experience
- Updated CV/Resume required upon endorsement
- Must create an Oracle Profile (ORC) once tagged as cleared
Recruitment Process:
- Onsite Only – Initial & Final Interview will be conducted Face-to-Face at 5-Ecom, 16th Floor Cafeteria Area (MOA Complex)
- Language Assessment will be scheduled immediately after Initial Interview (once Oracle profile is created)
Requirements to Bring (for selected candidates):
- Valid Government-issued ID
- Hard copy of CV
- Transcript of Records (TOR) or equivalent documents
- COE from previous employer (covering at least 1 year international voice account)
- If currently employed: signed resignation letter must be presented during Final Interview
