About the role

We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team at the GLOBAL HOSPITALITY PLACEMENT AGENCY PHILIPPINES CORPORATION' in Cebu City, Cebu. This is a full-time position, providing exceptional customer service to clients in the airline industry. Your primary focus will be handling inbound calls, responding to queries, and resolving customer issues in a professional and efficient manner.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling a high volume of inbound calls from airline customers, addressing their questions and concerns
  2. Providing prompt and courteous assistance to ensure a positive customer experience
  3. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner
  4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  5. Identifying opportunities to improve customer service and suggesting process improvements
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  5. A team player with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  6. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential
