Position: Customer Service Representative - Airline Account

Location: IT Park Tower Cebu | Pure ONSITE

An airline account in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) refers to a customer service or support role for an airline company, which can involve various tasks like handling flight bookings, managing reservations, answering queries, and resolving issues through voice, chat, or email support.

Key responsibilities and tasks

  • Handling reservations and bookings: Assisting customers with booking flights, changing dates, and managing their travel plans.
  • Providing customer support: Answering questions about travel policies, entry requirements, and flight details via phone, chat, or email.
  • Processing payments and transactions: Securely handling payment information and processing new bookings or changes.
  • Resolving issues: Addressing customer complaints, such as issues with luggage, hotel accommodations, or service, and escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Offering additional services: Upselling services like travel insurance, airport transfers, or guided tours.
  • Verifying information: Confirming customer details, travel dates, destinations, and flight information.

We have also, Onsite application and Fare Reimbursement of 120 Pesos

EQUIREMENTS:

  • SHS Graduate , completed 2 years in college.
  • (4 semesters with no back subjects for HS OLD curriculum graduates); with 6 Months of BPO Experience and College Graduate with or without BPO Experience
  • Excellent English Communication Skills.
  • With or without Work Experience (with Excellent Communication Skills).
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules and holidays
  • Willing to work ASAP
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
