Position: CSR Airline Account

Location: IT Park Tower Cebu | Pure ONSITE

Job Responsibilities

• Taking calls according to policies, procedures, and standards with defined quality
• Handling customer's concerns, queries, and complaints
• Staying updated with company policies and procedures
• Keeping company information secured and confidential

Qualifications:

• Senior High School graduate OR Undergrad Completed 2 years / 4 semesters, College graduate with minimum of 6 months BPO Experience is a must
• Excellent English Communication Skills.
• With or without Work Experience (with Excellent Communication Skills).
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and holidays
• Willing to work ASAP
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to Php23,000.00 per month
