Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a People Associate/ Development Coordinator located in Southwoods Biñan, Laguna. The People Development Associate/ Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth arrangement of training programs, facilitating communication, organizing training sessions, and preparing instructional materials.

Qualifications

  • Communication skills and good command of the English language (Written and Verbal)
  • Willing to learn.
  • Flexible in handling different scenarios and persons.
  • Events Coordination and Management
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, and other instructional design tools
  • Experience in coordinating training programs
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Facilitation of Group Dynamic Activities
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • Willing to travel time-by-time to assist in offsite training programs.
