The Opportunity

Innodata Knowledge Services, Inc.' is seeking talented Recruiters to join our team in Mandaue City, Cebu on a contract basis. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our growing business. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform end-to-end recruitment process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for open positions
  • Facilitate the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities
  • Continuously stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in the Human Resources & Recruitment industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with both internal stakeholders and potential candidates
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet recruitment goals and deadlines
  • Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
