Job Description

  • Interact with customers to address their concerns, answer their questions and assist them with their needs
  • Ensures the customer receives an effective service by being efficient, knowledgeable and consistent in delivery, with the objective of achieving first contact resolution

Salary and Benefits

  • Up to Php 21,000 (depending on length of BPO exp)
  • 20% Night Differential Pay
  • HMO+1 dependent

Qualifications

  • Applicant must be at least 18 years old
  • Applicant is a high school graduate (old curriculum)/senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
  • Willing to work onsite and on a night shift
  • Must be residing near or in Cagayan De Oro
