Are you fast, focused, and client-obsessed Join our high-performing Lead Intake team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and become the first voice our prospective clients hear. You'll play a critical role in qualifying inbound and referred leads, ensuring every inquiry gets a timely, professional response—and a clear path into our sales pipeline.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives on responsiveness, consultative conversations, and precision.

What You'll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for inbound leads from referrals, marketing campaigns, and direct inquiries
  • Qualify prospects using BANT criteria and guided discovery questions
  • Assess fit based on volume, budget, urgency, and provider type
  • Schedule qualified leads for Discovery or Strategy Calls with Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot) and track referral sources
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Intake Ops to optimize lead handoffs
  • Respond to all leads within 1–15 minutes during business hours
  • Follow up proactively with unresponsive prospects
  • Provide weekly reports on lead volume, qualification rate, and SQL conversion

What You Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or lead qualification (healthcare or BPO experience is a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset
  • High initiative, fast learner, and sense of urgency
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and manage high lead volume
