On-site - Bulacan 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time Job Description The Sales Representative will focus on promoting ALC wall panels in the NCR market . This role involves prospecting new clients, assisting contractors and developers in product applications, and achieving sales targets. The position requires both strong sales skills and basic technical knowledge to explain product advantages. Market and sell ALC wall panels to contractors, developers, and architects. Build and maintain strong client relationships across NCR. Identify new leads and opportunities in the construction and real estate industries. Assist clients with product knowledge and coordinate project support as needed. Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare sales reports for management. Collaborate with operations and technical teams for smooth project execution. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field . Preferably with 1–3 years sales experience (construction materials is an advantage). Fresh graduates with strong sales potential are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Willing to travel within Metro Manila and nearby areas. Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused. Qualifications 1–3 years sales experience preferred (construction materials is an advantage). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
