Role Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers. You will be responsible for qualifying leads, generating interest, and setting up meetings for the sales team. This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Use outbound prospecting techniques (email, phone calls, social media outreach) to identify and generate new business opportunities.
  • Qualify Leads: Engage with inbound and outbound leads to assess their needs, determine fit, and qualify them as sales-ready prospects.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives, ensuring they have high-quality prospects in their pipeline.
  • CRM Management: Accurately log all interactions and lead data in our CRM system, keeping records up-to-date.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Executives, Marketing, and other team members to optimize outreach strategies and refine messaging.
  • Performance Tracking: Consistently meet or exceed KPIs (e.g., calls made, emails sent, meetings booked) and contribute to team targets.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of sales, lead generation, customer service, or related experience (B2B sales experience is a plus).
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professionalism.
  • Motivation: Goal-oriented, with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and productivity tools (e.g., Google Suite, Slack).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
