  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Prepare and post journal entries for expenses, revenue, and other financial transactions.
  • Assist in managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
  • Generate and send invoices to clients.
  • Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing.
  • Perform daily, weekly, or monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Verify the accuracy of cash flow and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper deductions, taxes, and other payroll obligations.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Support the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries as needed.
  • Assist in preparing budget reports and tracking expenses against budgets.
  • Enter financial data accurately into accounting software.
