Roles and Responsibilities

  • Process orders received via Outlook (PDF format) and EDI orders, ensuring accurate input into the ERP system.
  • Verify all order details such as product types, quantities, and specifications to avoid errors.
  • Work efficiently to handle a high volume of orders daily while maintaining accuracy.
  • Select the appropriate warehouse for order fulfillment based on proximity and cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff and the data entry team to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
  • Address discrepancies or issues with orders promptly, escalating to the Manager when needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of order processing and warehouse selections.

Required Experience

  • At least 2 years of data entry or order processing experience (BPO/warehouse environment preferred).
  • Experience working with ERP systems or similar software (preferred but not essential).

A Successful Candidate Must Have

  • Strong speed and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to minimize processing errors.
  • Effective written communication skills (email coordination only; no phone calls with customers).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
