As a Sr. Recruitment Officer – Headhunter, you will be a strategic partner in sourcing and attracting top-tier talent for specialized and niche roles across multiple industries. You will drive proactive headhunting efforts, build high-quality talent pipelines, and ensure we meet our clients' hiring needs for hard-to-fill positions.

This role demands advanced sourcing strategies, exceptional stakeholder engagement, and a deep understanding of market trends to ensure the successful delivery of critical hires. You will also uphold strict compliance with Information Security and Data Privacy policies in handling candidate and employee information.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Strategic Headhunting & Talent Mapping

  • Proactively identify and approach passive candidates for high-demand, niche, and senior-level roles

  • Conduct deep market research and talent mapping to build targeted pipelines

  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, referrals, and specialized platforms

  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor insights, and salary benchmarks

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to define search strategies and candidate profiles

  • Provide consultative insights on talent availability, recruitment timelines, and competitive offers

  • Ensure regular, data-driven updates on recruitment progress

Assessment & Candidate Management

  • Screen, qualify, and assess candidates against technical, cultural, and leadership requirements

  • Facilitate a high-touch candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance

  • Negotiate offers and manage counteroffer situations effectively

Reporting & Analytics

  • Produce accurate recruitment metrics, market insights, and hiring forecasts

  • Use data to recommend process improvements and sourcing optimizations
