Technical Sales Representative

The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of the full sales process and, as a result, be able to prospect clients and close deals.  Should be well organized and be able to manage the daily operations of assigned accounts.  In order to continue to generate revenue, this candidate should be able to uncover new client needs and find a way to add value to their business.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Prepares and delivers a product presentation explaining products to customers.
  • Expands existing accounts by maintaining good relationships with customers by attending to their needs, negotiating, and recommending appropriate products.
  • Conducts daily sales calls, face-to-face visits, and ocular visits to customer site.
  • Able to acquire and develop new customers in the assigned territories.
  • Serves customers by selling products and suggesting order recommendations to clients to improve satisfaction and profitability
  • Monitors client order status from end to end to ensure timely delivery

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in either Food Technology, Chemistry, Nutrition/ Dietetics, Culinary, Business Administration or related courses.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in Corporate Sales, and with good network.
  • With good knowledge in Baking.
  • With strong interpersonal, analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Must be driven, confident, enthusiastic, persuasive and result oriented.
  • Can work independently and efficiently even under pressure.
  • Can converse well in both English and Tagalog.
