Position: Customer Banking Relationship Agent (CSR)

Salary: Php18,000 – Php25,000

Job Requirements:
✨ Open for Fresh Graduates and Undergraduates
✨At least 1-2 years of work experience in CSR role is advantage
✨Experience working in BPO company is a plus
✨Willing to work fully on site at graveyard shift
✨Amenable to start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
✨ Respond to customer questions/inquiries via phone call, messages and email
✨ Assisting customers with order placement, billing inquiries, and service requests.
✨ Verifying customer identity and update records securely.
✨ Providing accurate information about products, services, and account details.
✨ Ensures entries are clear, complete, and accurate.
