VRC is looking for a Plant Manager who can join us ASAP.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Manufacturing Company is required for this position.
  • Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
  • Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
  • Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
  • Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, janitors etc.)
  • Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
  • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
  • Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
  • Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Brgy. Muzon San Jose Del Monte Bulacan.

Job Qualifications:

  • Interpersonal Skills: must be able to speak with employees, other department managers and senior management.
  • Leadership Skills: must be able to motivate employees to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: must be able to quickly ascertain a situation and be decisive in solving it, such as identifying defects in the production line.
  • Time Management: Plant managers face production deadlines, shipping dates and more and must manage their time accordingly.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): production management and control, quality assurance, Production Planning.
  • At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in City of San Jose Del Monte.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
