Join us as a: Senior Enterprise Enablement and QA Engineer

We're seeking a Senior Enterprise Enablement and QA Engineer who is passionate about providing a great experience to our customers, as well as someone who thrives in problem solving in a fast paced environment.

In this role, you'll get to:

  • Troubleshooting, debugging and resolving questions and issues that come from partners
  • Building upon monitoring, tooling, data insights and proactively monitoring partner and user behavior
  • Building deep knowledge of the product, customers, partners and processes. Consistently seeking to better understand how projects and tasks relate to the business, customer and product vision.
  • Actively building knowledge bases to help and grow the knowledge of internal and external customers and partners.
  • Getting involved in the design and build process of features, to ensure that features are delivered with quality and customer experience in mind.
  • Building scenarios for QA, covering common and exception scenarios
  • Working autonomously and collaboratively on projects and tasks
  • Supporting and helping other teams when needed - for example, if there are data requests from stakeholders or when marketing needs support
  • Help with managing installer pricing such as adding and reviewing pricing, as well as finding opportunities to make the process more efficient or maintainable.
  • Finding the opportunity to automate or improve processes and documentation with tasks.
  • Building great relationships with the people you work with - team members, stakeholders, customers and partners.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in start-up environments and/or climate tech and energy industries.
  • Experience with tooling - looking at logs (e.g. GCP, Splunk. DataDog or similar), querying data tools (Snowflake, Tableau, Metabase or similar)
  • Experience with writing automated tests (or willing to learn)
