Sales Encoder/Inventory Assistant

Main Function

Responsible for monitoring and receiving of stocks from receiving to picking and packing and to ensure actual inventory is balance against POS.

Duties include

1.Accept delivered stocks and ensure correct quantity .

2.Quality check all merchandise received for possible damages , wrong items and barcodes

3.Unload merchandise and Stock shelves with received items

4.Ensure all in/out of inventory have proper documentation from POS processor and Warehouse

5.Ensure label is clear and visible for easy picking and packing

6.Ensure items are free from dust and damage

7.Help in the picking and packing of orders

8.Monthly actual physical count

9.Other tasked requested by management

1.Monthly Physical Count report

2.List of damage items for return to main warehouse

QUALIFICATIONS& REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of Industrial Engineer, Information Technology, Computer science and other relevant computer courses in a reputable college and/or university with good scholastic record.
  • With 1 to 2 years relevant experience in the same capacity, experienced in retail fashion industries, an advantage but not required.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to details.

  • Proficient typing ability.

  • Computer literacy with advance excel skills (Pivot, Vlookup, Shortcuts, etc...).

  • Excellent proofreading.
  • Can work under minimal supervision.
  • Flexible, multi-tasking and willing to work longer hours.
  • Speak, read, and write in English and Tagalog.
  • Must be able to work in a challenging and dynamic environment.
  • Willing to work in Agility Warehouse, Parañaque City.
