Job Opening: Inventory Assistant Store Manager (Fixed Night Shift) – Manila Bay Branch

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Assistant Store Manager to join our Manila Bay branch. This role is vital in ensuring smooth store operations during the night shift by overseeing inventory management, store compliance, and supporting overall business performance.

Location: Manila Bay Branch

Schedule: Fixed Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and monitor night shift store operations with focus on inventory accuracy and control.
  • Manage stock levels: receiving, storing, and tracking of goods.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and coordinate with the Inventory and Store Manager for reconciliations.
  • Ensure proper implementation of store policies, safety protocols, and operational standards.
  • Support staff in achieving sales and operational targets during night shift.
  • Prepare inventory reports and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in inventory management, store supervision, or related role.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Willing to work on a fixed night shift schedule at the Manila Bay branch.
