Freelance Phone Representative – Work from Home

Part-Time | Remote | Hourly + Bonus

At (Previously called Property Care Hub), we connect homeowners with trusted local contractors. Every lead is personally verified to make sure both customers and contractors get the best experience.  We've recently rebranded from Property Care Hub to Your Quote Mate with great success and new opportunities for all employees.  Join our small team now and grow with an up and coming company.  You are more than just a number with us.

What You'll Do:

·       Call British tradespeople to promote our business with a view to signing them up for free.

·       Promote a free customer lead as an incentive.

·       Collect and record accurate details in our database

·       Liaise directly with our Philippine based Customer Service Manager.

·       Follow up with contractors to help with any barriers they may have.

·       Provide a friendly, professional first impression of YourQuoteMate

·       Hours scheduled between 4pm and 9pm (other hours may be considered if you have other commitments and for the right candidate)

What We're Looking For:

·       Confident, clear, and professional phone manner with great English-speaking skills.

·       Self-motivated, reliable, and organized.

·       Comfortable working independently from home in a quiet location.

·       Previous BPO or Phone experience is a plus but not required.

·       Access to a computer or laptop, stable internet, and phone headset or similar set up.

What We Offer:

·       Freelance, part-time role with a quick possibility of becoming permanent full time.

·       Hourly pay to be discussed plus generous performance bonuses with expectations to earn a full time wage on part time hours, even when you're not working.

·       Weekly pay on Friday's a week in arrears.

·       Remote work – anywhere in the Philippines but a preference if you are in Manila.

·       Ongoing support and training with both British and Philippine based staff.
