Overview: Join Bureau Veritas, a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification services. We are seeking a responsible Freelance / Subcon APSCA Auditor - CSCA level for conducting independent social compliance audits across supply chains, ensuring adherence to labor laws, ethical standards, and client codes of conduct. As a CSCA-certified auditor, the role involves leading audits, preparing reports, and maintaining APSCA standards of professionalism and integrity.

Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)

  • Conducting on-site audits as a leader or a member of the audit team – Performing all audit procedures, such as opening meeting, factory tour, workers interview, documents review, closing meeting etc as per the guidelines / Field instructions.

  • Fully understand and follow the client's requirements and company SOP, WI etc.

  • Effective communication with office staff and factory representative.
  • Communicate any law / ruling obtained from factory to all other auditors, reviewers and seniors for their reference.
  • Ensure all relevant papers/ documents are taken during audits.
  • Preparing audit report which are complete, comprehensive and presented in a manner consistent with BV guidelines.
  • Draft report making and final report checking.
  • Filing of all relevant documents, papers, draft and final reports of audit as per the requirements of ISO 17020.
  • Perform any job related assignment as required by supervisor or above.

Qualification:

Education: Bachelors Degree

Licensure or Certificate: A certified APSCA auditor with CSCA level

Years of Experience: 1 year

Communication Skills: Fluent In English
