Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Salesperson. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service. Duties will include guiding clients through the buying process and negotiating sales to achieve successful transactions. This role is based in Metro Manila.


What We're Looking For:

Real Estate License salesperson

Ability to work independently and in a team

At least 1–2 years of proven experience in real estate sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Social media-savvy and confident in presenting properties

Highly organized, target-driven, and proactive

Resides in or near Metro Manila


What You'll Be Doing:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies and targets

Collaborate with members for continuous improvement

Stay updated on market trends, competition, and client preferences

Collaborate with marketing to optimize online presence and lead generation
