Job Summary: The

Finishing Carpenter (Kitchen Cabinet Installer) will lead a team of carpenters responsible for installing finishing touches on construction projects. This includes supervising and participating in tasks such as making cutting list, module assemble, floor plan ocular, and other high-quality woodwork. The Foreman will ensure that all tasks meet the highest standards of craftsmanship while maintaining timelines and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of finishing carpentry crew, ensuring efficiency and high-quality work.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications to ensure that all finishing work aligns with project requirements.
  • Install finish woodwork such as baseboards, module header, wall panel and trellis.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and design specifications.
  • Collaborate with operations manager, purchasing department, and quality assurance officer to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
  • Train and mentor junior carpenters, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and craftsmanship standards.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and ensuring proper use of tools and materials.
  • Order and manage materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring that necessary supplies are available on-site.
  • Track project progress, report on job status, and identify potential delays or issues to management.
  • Solve on-site problems, making adjustments to work plans as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a finishing carpenter and in a supervisory or foreman role.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
  • In-depth knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques used in finishing carpentry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina and strength, capable of performing physical tasks for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php800.00 per day
