JOB SUMMARY:

The Carpenter/Mason is responsible for performing construction, repair, and maintenance work involving carpentry and masonry tasks. This role ensures that building structures, fixtures, and facilities are properly constructed, maintained, and repaired according to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Carpentry Tasks:

  • Construct, install, and repair wooden structures such as frameworks, partitions, doors, windows, cabinets, and shelves.
  • Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials with hand and power tools.
  • Install flooring, roofing, and other carpentry components.
  • Inspect structures and determine repair needs.
  • Ensure all finished work meets quality and safety standards.

Masonry Tasks

  • Lay bricks, blocks, tiles, and other masonry materials to build or repair walls, walkways, and structures.
  • Mix, pour, and apply mortar, concrete, and grout.
  • Repair cracked or damaged masonry works.
  • Install concrete forms, scaffolding, and reinforcement materials.
  • Perform plastering, tiling, and other finishing tasks.
  • Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and durability of structures.

Skills Required

  • Hand and power tools proficiency

  • Bricklaying, concreting, plastering, and tiling
  • Time management and multitasking abilities

Work Environment : May require overtime, weekend, or field work depending on project demands.

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
