Installs ceramic, porcelain, stone, or other tile materials on floors and walls.

Job Description: Measures, cuts, installs tiles using adhesives and grout; ensures proper alignment, spacing, and finishing.

  • Electrician

Installs, maintains, and repairs electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures.

Job Description: Performs electrical rough-ins, wiring, device installation, panel works; testing and troubleshooting to ensure safe and functional systems.

  • Plumber

Installs piping systems for water supply, drainage, and fire protection.

Job Description: Installs waterlines, drainpipes, sanitary fixtures, fire-sprinkler lines; performs pressure testing; ensures compliance with plumbing/fire-pro standards.

Educational Requirement: (Preference only but not required)

  • High School Diploma or TESDA Certification in Carpentry, Masonry, Electrical, Plumbing, or a related trade (minimum requirement)
  • Vocational or Technical Course Certificate in Construction Technology or Building Construction (preferred)
  • NCII or higher certification in relevant construction skills/trades (advantageous)
  • Safety Training Certification (e.g., BOSH for Construction Site, COSH - preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge in reading construction drawings and plans (required; may be acquired through formal or on-the-job training)
