- Painter
Applies paint, varnish, and surface finishes to surfaces.
Job Description: Prepares surfaces; mixes paints; applies coatings on walls, ceilings, etc.; ensures clean finishing.
- Tile Setter (Tile Installer)
Installs ceramic, porcelain, stone, or other tile materials on floors and walls.
Job Description: Measures, cuts, installs tiles using adhesives and grout; ensures proper alignment, spacing, and finishing.
- Electrician
Installs, maintains, and repairs electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures.
Job Description: Performs electrical rough-ins, wiring, device installation, panel works; testing and troubleshooting to ensure safe and functional systems.
- Plumber
Installs piping systems for water supply, drainage, and fire protection.
Job Description: Installs waterlines, drainpipes, sanitary fixtures, fire-sprinkler lines; performs pressure testing; ensures compliance with plumbing/fire-pro standards.
Educational Requirement: (Preference only but not required)
- High School Diploma or TESDA Certification in Carpentry, Masonry, Electrical, Plumbing, or a related trade (minimum requirement)
- Vocational or Technical Course Certificate in Construction Technology or Building Construction (preferred)
- NCII or higher certification in relevant construction skills/trades (advantageous)
- Safety Training Certification (e.g., BOSH for Construction Site, COSH - preferred but not mandatory)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge in reading construction drawings and plans (required; may be acquired through formal or on-the-job training)
