Responsibilities:

1. System Support, Installation & Troubleshooting

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
  • Set up and upgrade operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and business applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:

a. Operating systems and application performance

b. Hardware failures (PCs, printers, monitors, etc.)

c. Email, VPN, and remote access tools

  • Offer remote and on-site support to end users.

2. User & Account Management

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and backups.
  • Assist with password resets and profile configurations.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes with IT account provisioning.

3. Network & Infrastructure Support

  • Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and internet connections.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues.
  • Configure and support shared network printers, scanners, and file shares.
  • Work with network team to support firewall, switch, and wireless access point configurations.

4. Security, Upgrades & Maintenance

  • Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and deployments of new technologies.
  • Apply security patches and antivirus updates regularly.
  • Support backup processes and ensure successful data recovery testing.

5. Documentation & Asset Management

  • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs), FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Maintain and update IT asset inventory and equipment lifecycle records.
  • Track support tickets and ensure timely resolution in compliance with SLAs.
  • Support audits and ensure documentation meets compliance standards.

6. Perform other related tasks and special projects as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Vocational diploma in IT, Computer Systems, or related field.
  • 1 years of experience in IT support or technical services.
  • Open to Fresh graduates.
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and IT tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of IT ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus.
