About the role

One Point Contact, Inc. is seeking an experienced ATM Technician to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of automated teller machines (ATMs) across our network. As an ATM Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our ATM services, providing a reliable and secure experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on ATMs to ensure optimal performance and uptime
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot ATM issues, resolving technical problems efficiently
  3. Carry out ATM hardware and software upgrades, including the installation of new equipment
  4. Respond to service calls and emergency breakdowns, providing on-site support to resolve issues quickly
  5. Maintain detailed records of all ATM-related activities, including service logs and inventory management
  6. Collaborate with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements
  7. Adhere to all health, safety, and security protocols to ensure a safe working environment

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience as an ATM Technician or in a similar technical role
  2. Strong understanding of ATM hardware, software, and networking principles
  3. Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting ATM-related issues
  4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex problems
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality services
  6. Strong communication and customer service skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively
  7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call availability, to support our 24/7 operations
