Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will provide essential first-line technical support to our employees, helping to ensure our IT systems and infrastructure run smoothly. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with foundational IT knowledge looking to start their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and in-person assistance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common technical problems with desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral equipment.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
  • Document, track, and monitor support tickets using a ticketing system to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of IT assets.
  • Help manage user accounts and access permissions in Active Directory and other company systems.
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Perform software updates, patches, and routine system maintenance.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with non-technical users to guide them through technical solutions.
  • Assist in the deployment and setup of new hardware and software for employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
